Okay I've figured it out. Can you update your ios device to the latest version?

Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

Hi, I tried to replicate this on my iPhone but wasn't able to... From the Settings Tab >> Feedback & Technical Support >> can you click on the email nathan@myspiritualtoolkit.com link so that I can further diagnose the problem?
