For the resentment inventory, allow the option to descrlbe how each instinct was affected (self esteem, pride, ambitions, security, personal relations, sex relations pocketbook). EX Pride: No one should lie to me.
And in the 4th column would add options/ questions: How was I self righteous or self pitying? How was i selfish? Where was I self seeking? Where was I self reliant? How was I dishonest? Where was I afraid?
For the fear inventory, would do questions: what is the fear and why do I have it? What is the truth about the situation? How do I show up when in this fear (self reliance)? What would God have me be/do? I am happy to talk further about this! Please feel free to reach out.
