Suggestion would be to allow the continued use of the app even if internet access is unavailable for whatever reason. Not sure if you could have a switch to enable / disable offline usage when internet can’t be accessed? I guess that would involved temporarily storing data on the phone.

There have been times when I’ve wanted to take a spot check inventory for example, but couldn’t due to the internet connection being unavailable.
